| Prof. Meixia Tao, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, ChinaMeixia Tao (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2003.,She is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Her current research interests include wireless caching, edge computing, physical layer multicasting, and resource allocation.,Dr. Tao was a recipient of the 2019 IEEE Marconi Prize Paper Award, the 2013 IEEE Heinrich Hertz Award for Best Communications Letters, the IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC) 2015 Best Paper Award, and the International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP) 2012 Best Paper Award. She also received the 2009 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award. She has served as the Symposium Oversight Chair of IEEE ICC 2019, the Symposium Co-Chair of IEEE GLOBECOM 2018, the TPC Chair of IEEE/CIC ICCC 2014, and the Symposium Co-Chair of IEEE ICC 2015. She is also serving as the Editor-at-Large for the IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society. She has served as a member of the Executive Editorial Committee of the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications from 2015 to 2019. She was also on the Editorial Board of several other journals as an Editor or a Guest Editor, including the IEEE Transactions on Communications and the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications. |

| Prof. Yuanwei Liu, The University of Hong Kong, ChinaProfessor Yuanwei Liu is an IEEE Fellow, an AAIA Fellow, and a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. His research interests include non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), simultaneously transmitting and reflecting surfaces (STARS), near-field sensing and communications, and machine learning. He has received numerous honors and awards and was named to the MIT Technology Review's "35 Innovators Under 35" China list in 2022. He currently serves as the Academic Chair of the IEEE Communication Society Emerging Technology Initiative on "Next Generation Multiple Access". He is the Rapporteur of Work Item 6 of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) Industry Specification Group on RIS. | Prof. Yong Zeng, Southeast University, ChinaYong Zeng (Fellow, IEEE) received the Bachelor of Engineering (with First-Class Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Full Professor with the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, China, and also with Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China. From 2013 to 2018, he was a Research Fellow and a Senior Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Lecturer with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, The University of Sydney, Australia.
